Delete your Memish account

Request deletion without the app

Email contact@memish.app with the subject “Delete my Memish account”. Include your Memish handle and the phone number you used to sign in, including its country code.

You can request deletion even if you have uninstalled Memish. We will verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it. Never send us your password or sign-in code.

Our support team handles requests by email. Give us a few days to respond.

Deleting your account

Settings → delete account erases it for good: your profile and photo, your memes and the files behind them, the memes you sent, your reactions, your friends, follows and blocks, your saves and your notifications. It happens on the spot and there is no undo.

Two things outlive it, on purpose. A chat other memers are still in stays for them. A report someone filed about you stays as their safety record, with the parts naming you cleared.

If the button will not work for you, write to contact@memish.app and we finish it by hand.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your Memish account does not cancel a Memish Pro subscription. Cancel in the App Store or Google Play where you subscribed to stop future renewals.
